We work with patients covered by Medicare and accept private health funds for eligible hospital procedures. For dental IV sedation, rebates may be available under Medicare item numbers where criteria are met. Please contact us for specific billing guidance.

Patients should bring a referral from their treating clinician, a current medication list, relevant medical records, and any recent test results. Photo ID and Medicare or private health insurance cards should also be presented.

Anaesthetic and recovery notes can be provided electronically to referring clinicians via secure transfer. Patients may request a copy of their anaesthetic record through their treating clinic or hospital in line with privacy regulations.

Call 000 immediately and follow standard emergency protocols. If the emergency is related to a recent procedure under our care, notify both emergency services and our office as soon as possible so we can coordinate with the treating team.
